These include such things as Facility Management, Event Coordination, Director of Children's and College ministries, Volunteer Management, Administration, Leadership Development, Counseling, Public Speaking on behalf of the organization both internally and externally, and other capacities that are entailed with pastoral duties. Currently oversee 20+ direct reports.  Organization grew over 300% during my nine-year tenure due to our marketing and public relations management. Increased our physical assets from $2 to $4 Million dollars over that same period. Began work at the church overseeing the church office in the role of Administrator. As the church grew, shifted to a pastoral role in order to provide more direct work with individuals along with overseeing multiple aspects of the church operations. Am blessed to be able to minister each Sunday to some of the most precious people on our planet, which are the children ages 6-11 of my church which I have been responsible for doing for a number of years now.
