Leading up to the transition he led training sessions for multiple groups including Customer Care, Operations and CAS highlighting both strategy and process to reducing churn, documented process (he is an accomplished author) and has led development of Save case reporting in SF.com. Once the new process was in place he was not only fielding cancellation attempts (part of a group that worked 1,000 cases that led to saved MRR in excess of $50K in April alone) but also mentoring new hires brought on to manage the volume of business. He is a great team player in general and his thoughts and opinions are often sought out by his colleagues to assist with more complex save cases to turn bleak situations around. Through a passion and focus on the customer, backed by attention to detail and process, he has been able to consistently create opportunities for MegaPath to extend customer relationships that would have otherwise come to an unfortunate ending.
