Provided communications support as e-mail prayer chain coordinator, and served this ministry from inception before it's first retreat was organized.

Determined financial based on qualifying criteria. Appropriate referrals made for additional support. Helped individuals with paperwork for IDES application and referred for DHS, SS, and homeless program through Crusader Clinic. Helped write intake templates as office became computerized for charting data entry on each client and upheld standards by the governmental agencies for township assistance. Show less

Live charting of data in template forms, and provided scheduling and referrals. Experienced at taking medical history and charting data including medications and versed in rmedical terminology. High communication skills for effective customer service, and follow-up responsibilities in case management.
