Accountable for the development, implementation and maintenance of the core transaction processing switch and its supporting applications.Directed the architecture and implementation of Postilion applications during the migration from the legacy Base24 switch, which facilitated the successful completion of the $4 million project by the scheduled deadline.Took responsibility for the stalled project to migrate backend settlement, reporting and card production software from the VAX mainframe to commodity hardware, which was then completed, enabling the retirement of the VAX hardware and resulting in more than $100,000 in yearly maintenance savings.Designed and implemented an electronic work order management system, to replace the inaccurate and time consuming paper based system, thereby creating efficiencies in work management, ability to report staff hours by project, and a searchable historical record of work order documentation.
