   Complete control of all operations of twelve RMC plants from raw material procurement up to production and delivery of the concrete. Prioritize customer requirements to optimize usage of internal resources. Develop periodical forecasts to plan resources, optimize the operations to highest efficiency. Analyze order wise costing of all RMC plants to increase profitability. Resolve customer requirements / complaints within agreed time and constraints. Manage sub teams and lead other departments to achieve customer appreciations. Coordinating with procurement, stores department regarding minimum inventory stock of spares & raw material. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications. Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition. Analyze MTBF, MTTR & MTTF reports of all RMC plants by using PM Module of SAP. Analyze work hours, history, cycle time & live status of TM with help of GPS.  Analyze production report which contains equipment maintenance cost, transportation, pumping, performance of plant and machinery, power cost analysis, carried out maintenance activity of all equipment (preventive, scheduled, breakdown), vehicles performance analysis and production analysis. Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints. Ensuring compliances with regard to safety, environment and other statutory and regulatory aspects like insurance, road tax, pollution, good permit and fitness of all TM’s. Developing a team of people through appropriately coaching, mentoring and guidance on the job.
