Together with the other interns, discovered health risk caused by bad postures in some physical related work and other work hazard that might cause life threatening situations or permanent injuries and downtime. The problem was minimized using 5S concept from Toyota Production System, Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) Lifting Risk Equation.
