      Supervised 135 personnel performing munitions maintenance in support of the B-52H Strategic Bomber's armament and release systems. Maintenance responsibilities included periodic maintenance, personnel training, safety, and security enforcement. Conducted first ever safety evaluation of flight line operations for the nuclear certification of the common strategic rotary launcher (CSRL). Evaluation required the complete choreography of all CSRL flight line operations for engineering evaluation by nuclear certification engineering team. Show less

      Conducted analysis of key parameters and critical system characteristics in the Operational Requirements Documents (ORD) for six Ballistic Missile Defense Programs for presentation to the Joint Requirements Oversight Council (JROC) and the Defense Acquisition Board (DAB). Specifically charged with the evaluation of cost schedule, and performance of technical requirements. He worked directly for the system engineer on the Brilliant Pebbles Space Based Interceptor Program as both a technical contract monitor and as a systems security engineer. He conducted numerous studies and analysis for different defense scenarios including the Air Launched THAAD deployed on B-52 and F-15 aircraft, as well as the AEGIS defense system deployed to protect coastal cities in Israel, and a Brilliant Eyes, space based ISR platform to provide timely intelligence to a strike F-15E performing Transporter Erector launcher (TEL) interdiction.
