  My duties were the following: • Designing network solution for both fixed and mobile connectivity using any kind of access technology such as ADSL, Radio for the MPLS IPVPN Solution. • Provide support on the development of ‘big deal’ solutions and sales within Major and Managed Accounts• Develop a solid understanding of technical solutions and participate in solution crafting• Build relationships with potential clients by preparing and presenting these capabilities.• Engage with different stakeholders e.g. Management, Project team, and assist in the development of sales plan.• Assisting sales to sell TSSA competencies, technical solutions and capabilities to clients• Do risk assessment, understand and identify the business risk. Mitigate those risks by prioritizing putting in place, appropriate and sensible control measures.• Do product research, documents the findings and present the solution to relevant stakeholders • Create business case to secure resources, allocate operating funds, or capital investment in to the project, especially when pursuing a new opportunity. • Assist the Project Manages to identifying all key stakeholders, scoping, costing and risk managing the project. • Responding to RFI's and RFP’s co-team with Technical Architect to produce Bill of Material (BoM) for the solution Show less
