  Lead QA Engineer

  As a Lead QA Engineer at ING Romania, I share my time between two roles: formal leader of a QA Engineering team and Technical expert regarding development and testing initiatives in my department. As a leader I manage a chapter of fourteen QA Engineers distributed across multiple projects. I share my testing expertise and problem-solving skills with them to ensure the quality and reliability of digital banking solutions. I also participate in quarterly estimation sessions, conduct bi-yearly evaluations with each chapter member and represent the business interest in technical initiatives across the bank. The technologies we are using are: MS SQL, Postman, IntelliJ for a UI testing framework built with Java, Cucumber, Selenium and Visual Studio for a backend testing framework built with C# and Specflow. I also use my extensive low code BPM tool knowledge to facilitate the creation of test plans and test execution. Show less
