      Account Manager • Develop Booking.com business and branding in south China market by acquiring new hotel partners and improving exciting partner’s performance • Take ownership of Guangzhou and Shenzhen region, make close engagement with top partners, increasing Booking.com’ s availability and competitive pricing against other competitors. Always achieve KPI by quarterly basis. Leading projects:• Take lead in OB project in South China 2019 - now, drive online list grew 16% during Cor-vid 19 period in upper 2020. Facing the quick changing market environment, propose and agree short time targets with area managers, set detail action plan among 3 teams in South. Monitoring progress, organizing related training and help solving coming difficulties. • Lead commission rebate testing project in Shenzhen & Sanya 2018-2019. Targeting on YOY dropping partners, use commission rebate as stimulator to persuade partners lean in booking.com. Phase 1 test 50 partners revised form dropping to YOY growth 11% in 3 months. • Lead new & young properties project in 2017-2018. Develop relevant tools and procedures to increase new partner & keep young partner live on line, contributing in global new partner goal of 28 million partners. • Lead pricing-related projects in 2013-2016. Initiate and organize marketing campaigns, make new tracking system and monitor results, communicate with Pricing Area Manager to improve overall pricing situation in south china.
