Systems ranged in functionality from providing Occupancy Tracking and Billing Services, to scheduling building service requests and making electronic vendor payments to satisfy the needs of an internal freight handling system and an internal construction company. Internal billing generated by these systems exceeded $900 million; electronic vendor payments processed were $500 million per year.   Delivered a margin based pricing schedule of approval through deployment of the Deal Management Tool which processed over $900 million dollars worth of sales pricing approval requests in FY2007. As a result average discounts dropped 13.1% and Margins improved by 9.1%. Led Siebel based Deal Approval Workflow project designed to streamline approval processes globally which required cross functional participation in development of business requirements. Supported sales cycle time reduction initiatives and the creation of the Sales Process Assistance Center (PAC), a hotline that helps Sales people with process and escalation issues.Designed and implemented a global multi-channel online catalog of Avaya’s goods and services. The catalog covers over 20,000 products sold in over 85 countries by Avaya’s direct sales force and business partners. The catalog was deployed in Siebel 7.5 application. Systems included a complete General Ledger and Accounts Payable system deployed to 35 countries, a lease management system and an external invoicing system, as well as call center and construction management systems. Additionally, implemented a web site for communication, a global conference room system and a CAD based space management tool.
