  In my role as Programming and On-air Promo Supervisor I provided daily leadership and direction to the Programming and On-Air Promo team.My other responsibilities included:The efficient preparation of program and promotional material for transmission through the PRIME7 and GWN7 networks. Monitoring the receipt of program and promotional material from the Seven Network and ensuring quality and deadlines are met. Scheduling all programs, promotional spots and secondary events using Regional TAM data and ensuring all scheduled material meets all the Code of Practice and regulatory requirements. My role required good time management and the ability to reprioritise multiple times a day. Communication skills are a must in both my leadership role and liaising with numerous departments of PRIME7. Show less As a program and promotion coordinator my main duties were scheduling program promotions on PRIME7, GWN7, 7TWO and 7mate, downloading promos and liaising with editors in the creation of these promos. To complete these tasks a sound understanding of the Code of practice was necessary and the use of research data from Regional TAM.   In my role as Programmer for BBC Knowledge New Zealand I programmed the channel to provide a valuable and engaging experience for the audience. Using high quality factual programmes and accessible experts I seeked to inspire the regular audience while always working towards expanding and connecting with new viewers. Utilising ratings data and research I strived to provide opportunities for ratings growth and commercial expansion.   As the Program Manager for the Lifestyle Channel I implement a clear programming strategy across linear and VOD to engage the core Lifestyle audience and attract new viewers. Using effective ratings data and sound editorial judgement I have evolved the channel to a wider remit. This strategy has seen growth to the channel with ratings lifting to number not seen since 2008. In 2018 The Lifestyle Channel had the single most growth of any channel on the Foxtel Network.
