       Worked in the quality assurance (QA) laboratory to support the production activities in Shop floor by measuring Tg, Tm and curing temperature of epoxy samples using DSC, measured glass content of polymer epoxy composites using muffle furnace, measured density of epoxy composites using density apparatus and determined roughness of rotor blades using roughness tester. Supported the purchase team in updating Bill of Materials (BoM) which was required for rotor blade manufacturing, preparing catalogues by writing technical & functional specification for various materials in BoM, developing vendors, conducting trials in production shop floor.  Inspected the quality of incoming materials for rotor blade production and cleared them in Quality Management module of SAP. Outsourcing some tests through external material testing laboratories within India.  Coordinated the total activities of Lab by maintaining necessary records & documents and maintaining the calibration certificates of the equipment and test certificates for the incoming materials as per ISO 9001 requirements Show less
