Developed and implemented a training process and documentation database that covered 1200 operations across 9 different domestic and international locations including the US, Canada, Italy, France, Ireland and Singapore. This foundational process was sustained for more than ten years because of the rigor used in development and deployment. Critical success factors included the correct development of both core and facilitating processes with the right balance of stability and flexibility. Conducted a Kaizen effort to reduce production expense by more than 12% in the highest cost portion of the process, and developed technology to track and manage production equipment maintenance time.
