      Mr. John Baxter

After 33 years in the Royal Navy I took 18 months out, by way of a sabbatical, from Nov 13 until Jul 15. At one point, during my travels, I was invited to join the Royal Australian Navy and attended an informal interview, whilst in Sydney, when visiting Australia. This opportunity came too soon after retiring from the RN so I/we decided to continue with our world travel itinerary and became PADI Dive Masters and briefly enjoyed guiding other divers around reefs off of Semporna, Sabah (Borneo), before continuing with our travels. On return to the UK I have accepted an offer to re-join the RN in a NATO position based in Northwood, Greater London. Always enthusiastic and up-beat, motivated and a keen relationship builder I am ready to make a difference in the NATO submarine communications community, and wider, where possible. Show less
