I managed several projects during this period. My association with M&S until March 2008 when I finished as a freelance project manager provided me with the most diverse and extensive experience in project management.   This company was founded with the intention of building software products in the travel sector. The company conceptualized and developed a mobile application for travellers. This mobile application was then adapted and sold to The Gateway Hotel in Agra where it was a resounding success.The Gateway Hotel in Damdama, Gurgaon then tasked us to build a unique mobile application for its resort which included features like tree and bird identification and games like treasure hunt which could be played by its customers using the mobile application. Apart from these, I was involved in the following:- Executed several projects to make IT systems of large public sector organizations compliant with OWASP guidelines and the GIGW guidelines.- Advised large public sector organizations and corporate clients on their IT roadmap and adoption of latest web technologies.- Managing partners and vendors for delivery of software development projects Show less

  Our endeavour at Misfits has always been to give shape to exciting new ideas. About 12 months back, we embarked on a journey to answer a question : what if we could just talk to digital assets like we can to fellow humans? The answer to this question opens up innumerable possibilities on how we engage with digital assets - applications and devices. Our search for an answer lead to - Acebot.Earlier this year we hit an important milestone in our journey when we launched the MVP of Acebot. Needless to say, this has necessitated a big shift in the focus of Misfits and its team. And although, we continue to service our running accounts, our primary focus is firmly on Acebot.My mandate vis-a-vis Acebot is the following:- Marketing & Customer acquisition- Raising capital for growth- Relevant intervention in product design based on customer feedback- Monitoring product developmentWe are bootstrapped at the moment and so our running accounts and the business we are getting from them is invaluable and will be treated as such by the team whether it is digital services accounts or films and videos production. The difference is that our marketing effort will solely be focussed towards Acebot. It follows that my role in servicing the running accounts does not change and the responsibilities I have because of Acebot are over and above the ones I already had.These are exciting times at Misfits which is brimming with new ideas every single day.
