  I worked as a Supervisor in the "Teachers' Beliefs about Education Production" project associated with Teachers College, Columbia University. The project was funded by the Weiss Fund. I was involved in surveying, managing collected data, auditing, training surveyors, and office supervision. My biggest contribution to the project was automating processes through technical innovation using my coding skills.
