  -Develop templates for Production planning & control in coordination with the Function Heads of marketing and Manufacturing depending on Sales target and ensure materials' availability at Production store.-Document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for Production planning and monitoring process and enable communication of the same to all.-Update the annual production plan (capacity) based on inputs provided by Head-Sales based onmanufacturing on plant capacities, machine lead time, manpower deployment, breakdown trends etc -Co-ordinate with Head- Manufacturing & Unit Head to maintain updates on line load distribution based on the targeted monthly & weekly production plan -Monitor the corrections to the unit wise as well as overall production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production-Be the primary point of communication between marketing & Manufacturing for supply-demand planning on a daily/weekly basis-Coordinate with warehouse in charge(s) and marketing teams to identify slow moving or ageing SKUs (Stock keeping units) and mobilize the same-Assist Manufacturing team in ensuring seamless co-ordination between sales, procurement, Technical teams to ensure achievement of production target in line with the SOP plan.-Update/Maintain MIS data with respect to detailed production schedules (target vs. actual) for management reporting & review-Regular meticulous liaison with marketing as well as production to avoid fail in commitment.-To ensure FG supply to customers as per commitment of marketing.
