  1998 to 2003 Pipe Supports USA Inc. Harvey, LA. 70056 I was the lead fitter/welder then moved into foreman of the fabrication, and assistant supervisor of the shop which consisted of a warehouse, painting, and assembly.

  Cameron bought Letourneau, and I moved into the Supervisor position to Instill 5S and lean manufacturing into the shop, creating assembly lines to increase productivity, and saftey. Give daily saftety meetings and conduct JSA procedures on heavy lifts and special projects in the shop. Working with planners and engineers to keep product flowing through the shop smoothly.
