  Key responsibilities were as. below:- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessment to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigating strategies - Audit and assurance: plan,execute and report on compliance audits,reviews and assurance activities. - Compliance monitoring : monitor and review compliance with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures - Control testing : test the internal controls yo ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement - Regulatory compliance : ensure adherence to the regulatory requirements, laws and industry standards by the business - Policy standardisation and localisation : maintain ,update and localise the Group policies to our jurisdiction and develop procedure manuals.- Training and awareness: provide training and awareness programmes fro employees om compliance requirements - Issue Validation : ensure all issues identified during reviews are validated and closed appropriately - Reporting : prepare and submit compliance report to senior management and regulatory bodies- Stakeholder engagement: engage with stakeholders especially business units all through the Audit process cycle Show less
