  Responsible for overseeing process control program, IPM program & be the leader of function group with over 40 members. During my tenure, I have enthusiastically taken part in & contributed to successfully deliver several notable commercialization projects as follows:• New hot filled product (Tea+ Oolong Lemon) in Aug 2018 --> completed qualifications in accordance to Suntory protocol & mass production within scheduled timeline, our plant is the first SPVB plant successfully run mass production of this key product to penetrate new segment of consumers nationwide.• New carbonated product (Mirinda Green Cream) in May 2018  completed qualifications in accordance to PepsiCo protocol & mass production within scheduled timeline, this product now becomes one of our company’s flagship carbonated products in South market.• New formulated products (change sweetener ingredients from granulated sugar to HFCS) from May to July 2018 --> completed qualifications in accordance to PepsiCo protocol & mass production for all new formulated products within scheduled timelines which greatly contributed to company’s cost saving. Duties involved raw materials incoming & issue handling, testing, monitoring in-plant IPM & Micro program implementation in accordance to Suntory & PepsiCo requirements. During my tenure, I have enthusiastically taken part in & contributed to successfully deliver several notable projects & activities as follows:• Lightweight can end (switching from B64 to CDL can ends) in Mar 2018 --> completed new materials qualifications in accordance to PepsiCo protocol & mass production within scheduled timeline, our plant is the first beverage plant across Vietnam successfully apply this lightweight can ends for mass production.• Lightweight preform (reduce preform weight from 21.0 to 19.5 grs) from Dec 2017 to Mar 2018 --> completed new materials qualifications in accordance to PepsiCo protocol & mass production within scheduled timeline.• Thin shrink film (reduce shrink film thickness from 50 micron to 40 micron) in Feb 2018 --> completed new materials qualifications in accordance to PepsiCo protocol & mass production within scheduled timeline.• Carton removal (switching from full carton to tray carton) in Aug 2017  completed new materials qualifications in accordance to PepsiCo protocol & mass production within scheduled timeline.--> As planned, these 04 projects could help to save at least 04 billions VND for our plant annually.Additionally, in order to enhance supplier performance & preventively control potential issues, I have collaborated with QA Commercialization Manager to conduct system audit for can, preform, carton & label suppliers. After the audit, we closely work with suppliers to accelerate gap closing progress. As a result of that, all audited suppliers showed significant improvement in quality performance, measured by quantity of issues & quantity of issue reoccurrence during Jan – May 2018 period. Show less Responsible for overseeing food safety management system in compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, AIB, national regulations and in charge of supervising in-plant micro lab. Being plant food safety leader, I took leading role in organizing periodical internal audit, monitoring gap closing progress, establishing, validating & verifying HACCP plans, developing & executing food safety prerequisite and GMP programs (pest control, food defense, sanitation, chemical, micro,…), training food safety related courses & directly working with 3PL auditors. During 2014 to 2016 period, in the situation plant scale was extended from 4 to 8 production lines, AIB audit score rised significantly from 765 to 860 (improved 12%), FSSC22000 certification was sustained without NC found in 03 consecutive audits, Ministry of Health audit in 2016 was passed without NC found,….Additionally, during my tenure, I have enthusiastically taken part in & contributed to successfully deliver notable commercialization projects as follows:• New bottled water line in Dec 2016 --> completed line qualification (micro section) in accordance to PepsiCo protocol, line was approved for mass production by Pepsi Region & greatly contributed to fulfill bottled water sales demand in South market.• Line modification in July 2016 (switching line function from CSD to Bottled Water manufacturing) --> completed switching qualification (micro section) in accordance to PepsiCo protocol, line was approved for mass production by Pepsi Region & greatly contributed to company’s cost saving.• CIP conversion from Feb to Dec 2018 (switching from caustic to ECA CIP) --> completed conversion qualification (micro section) in accordance to PepsiCo protocol, ECA CIP was approved for application by Pepsi Region listed Dong Nai as the first plant of PepsiCo located in Southeast Asia area to successful apply this CIP method.   Responsible for overseeing food safety and quality management system of company at start-up phase in order to meet all stringent requirements from customers and international standards. During my tenure, I have enthusiastically taken part in & contributed to successfully deliver several notable projects & activities as follows:• Customer qualifications and quality system audit in Mar and Jun 2019 --> our customer is a global pharmaceutical and nutrition manufacturer. We have passed all the sterility test, product trials and quality system audit with very high appreciation from their top management team and become their first qualified third-party manufacturer in Vietnam.• Developed Q&FSMS to meet and achieve HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, GMP-WHO certificates by BSI, JAKIM Halal certificate by HCA in 2019.• New quality control lab set up --> successfully develop company QC lab capability to meet customer’s requirements.
