Key Transactions•Lead Counsel for Pakistan National Shipping Corporation in securing a PKR 10.8 billion financing arrangement from a consortium of local lenders for acquisition of three vessels. •Counsel for MCB Bank Limited (one of Pakistan’s leading financial institutions) in structuring a syndicated term finance facility of up to PKR 1 billion for a leading pharmaceutical company. •Acted as counsel for Din Energy Limited and Tricom Wind Power (Private) Limited on separate project financings, each involving a 50 MW wind power plant in Jhimpir, Sindh, funded by a consortia of local and international lenders, including the International Finance Corporation (IFC).•Lead counsel for Trifit Limited, advising on investment structuring, drafting shareholder agreements, and managing multiple stakeholder investments for establishing fitness centres, gymnasiums, and entertainment facilities across Pakistan.
