  The International Festival (Team leader and Producer for Two Booths)

  The international festival was one of the greatest achievements of my life. As a team leader and producer, I installed two booths, including Indian food and a cultural volunteering booth. Our team sold traditional food, and we brought in around ¥200,000 in two days and in addition to an extra ¥40,000 collected for donation to the Khalsa aid organization. This event was so successful that my picture was printed in Asahi Newspaper and on local TV channels as well.

  One Day

  It was a one-day internship, but I learned about Nitori’s business models and business planning. I gained knowledge about what decisions we should take according to the economic situations. I was also attracted by the process of shifting the position of staff, so they can learn from each of the sectors and can handle multiple tasks. This internship gave me a chance to check my skills like teamwork, understanding situations, managing everyone, and taking critical decisions with team members.

  Language Refree

  Honda hosted the World Skills Contest (2019) in Japan. I participated as the language referee in the event for the booth of the Indian Team. I was responsible to examine whether the Indian contestants are competing ethically without using any local language support during the competition. I completed my task with 100% integrity.
