   HSE Documents: Preparing HSE plans, Risk assessments and HSE Audits.  Trainings: Trainings for Company Employees/Supervisors Crisis Management: To act in emergencies, following the emergency procedure, evaluating the intensity of it and responding timely to resolve the crisis. Review, Advice and Development of HSE Plan, Policies, Procedures & Risk Assessments. All HSE related documents are maintained up to date. The HSE Plan is prepared in accordance with project specification, Main Contractor’s safety plan, legal requirements, nature of our work.  Submit HSE plan officially and get approved from Client / Main contractor. Where required, the HSE Plan should be revised, re-submit and get it approved. Make sure the HSE Plan is effectively implemented, observe and measure to achieve the established goals. Relevant standards and procedures should be provided for all concerned those are tasked to monitor and assess the performance of the HSE plan.  Encourage the employees to participate actively in the improvement of HSE plan. Make sure the Employees received sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision for the implementation and best result from HSE plan, Review emergency procedures and update as necessary after any emergency incidents & drills. Review of Accident / Incident reports and suggest corrective and preventive actions. Manage HSE Audits to monitor effectiveness of HSE system. Ensure the Risk Assessments are available and Job Safety Analysis is carried out regularly. Organize periodic meetings to review the HSE plan, related subjects and the effectiveness. Design HSE flyers, signage, leaflets and handbooks for distribution or posting to generate the HSE awareness within the Project. Report to the GM and directly liaise with other Department Heads regarding HSE matters.
