We provide 24/7 support for all the requests we receive from our stakeholders. We have a set of team members who are dedicated towards ensuring quality is achieved 100%. This team works on BAU changes along with Quality Check and other updates we receive from multiple stake holders. Currently, Site-operations team consists of 9 team members who work on different categories and areas to accommodate multiple requests we receive from our stakeholders throughout the day. The volume has been increased 3 times compared to last year and TAT has been reduced by 50%. The team has been able to achieve ZERO error rate in the last quarter. This achievement has been appreciated by the leadership and stakeholders during multiple occasions. Site-Ops team is using a CMS system with a fair bit of restrictions in terms of identifiers, widgets and layouts flexibility. On the occasion of Diwali (Bestival sale) the team worked together day and night to take it live. They also created more than 20 new stores within 48 hours. This helped to achieve higher sales in the event period and create a milestone for upcoming events.
