  As a Digital Health Consultant for UNICEF in partnership with Fiji's Ministry of Health and Medical Services, I coordinate and facilitate the implementation of transformative digital health initiatives, notably the Electronic Immunization Registry (EIR) integrated with the Master Patient Index (MPI).Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Coordinate overall activities, manage resources, equipment, and information, ensuring comprehensive documentation, risk assessment, and knowledge management.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the focal point for project communication, facilitating regular dialogue among MHMS, UNICEF, technical advisory groups, and partners to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project outcomes.Monitoring & Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation progress, conduct quality assurance, collect and analyze relevant data, and ensure timely reporting and feedback loops.Change Management & Rollout: Drive the adoption of the EIR/MPI initiative by identifying pilot facilities, overseeing training, mentoring health professionals, and managing system rollout activities across selected health facilities.Capacity Building & Communication: Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and meetings.
