  -Train and coach the course consultants to ensure we deliver outstanding customer service.- Manage the performance of team members through performance metrics, weekly meetings, daily DSU’s, quarterly PDS sessions and effective feedback.- Provide on the job coaching on call quality and interactions with customers.
