Proposed a Kanban system to reduce inventory in between production processes. Applied the Little's Law to estimate product lead time for customers.

      Analyzed in-situ X-ray and Infrared images for laser-based directed energy deposition of Ti 6Al 4V and Molybdenum. I calculated the fluctuations in infrared emissivity of the above experiments as a function of material composition and absolute surface temperature. Used MATLAB and FIJI for image processing of thermal and X-ray images. Designed and taught a course in Solidworks to undergraduate students. The course consisted of part design, assembly, surface modeling and animation. I graded the solid modeling project for all students and gave them feedback to improve on their design. I held one-on-one meetings with many students to ensure that they understood the concepts and could use the tools to create their own design. Used Mastercam to teach students CAM for milling and lathe operations.
