I have also done advanced training through Integrative Intentions at a weekend intensive program for clients who come from all over the state. This work helps to release restrictions throughout the entire body and helps your alignment. Working with a very light touch, I am able to release restrictions, tension, stress, etc throughout your entire body. CranioSacral Therapy (CST) works on many different levels and can help people who haven't been able to feel better finally break through whatever is holding them back from feeling great. Somato Emotional Release deals with the emotions we hold in our bodies/muscles. Our muscles have a memory which holds emotions that may be creating tension, stress, and pain. By releasing those emotions, we are able to work through the cause of the pain and get it to finally release. Show less

      Massage/CranioSacral Therapist

I worked here as a massage/craniosacral therapist. I truly enjoyed the blending of bodywork and yoga in this great facility. The people were very enjoyable to be around and the facility was wonderful. I left because I had to test my wings and move to NC for a while. I came back to Michigan and returned to The Center For Yoga. After a few more years at this location I have now found a wonderful group of therapists at Inner Peace Massage and Reflexology who all focus on various forms of bodywork. I am truly enjoying my new location and the wonderful people. :) Show less

      CranioSacral Therapist/Natural Health Consultant

I work with clients who are looking for pain relief and an overall sense of wellbeing. I have been doing CranioSacral Therapy since 2003. I obtained a degree in Natural Health from Clayton College in 2010 to give me more ideas of ways to help my clients live healthier lives. I have been successful at helping people recover from their injuries, stress, and tension. My passion is CranioSacral (CST) Therapy. It really helps with the emotional stress and muscle pain that causes tension and restrictions. I am passionate about helping people and showing them ways to live a better and healthier life.
