  Currently implementing a bio behavioral survey (BBS) with a team of qualitative researchers, counsellors and laboratory technicians with the aim of improving data quality and representativeness of the collected HIV data among KP’s ( key population) under the CDC- funded project comprehensive community based HIV prevention, linkage and retention services for KP’s. As a coupon manager, i have a duty of screening the eligibility of the participants ie; High Risk Women(HRW) and People Injecting Drugs (PWID) to participate in the study/ survey. But also tracking and managing the participants coupons together with coordinating and ensuring that client have gone through all stages of the study ie: pre counseling, Tests for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and Syphilis, Post counseling and many other services provided by the team with in Mwanza, Mbeya, and Dodoma regions.
