  As a Performance Coach Manager, I ran the coaching department of The N2 Company alongside my colleague. Together, we were responsible for managing, training, and developing 40+ Performance Coaches who coach franchise owners in all 50 states. Our department supported the efforts of all other departments within the Revenue team. We worked cooperatively with Directors and Managers to train and coach our franchise owners. We oversaw the department's progress and determined which initiatives to undertake for the growth and expansion of our Coaches. In this role, I was able to uncover and develop my passion for coaching, which was my inspiration for launching my own coaching business. As the Franchise Owner of “Blue Mountain Living” and “Life in Forest Hills,” I provided full-service management to produce and grow the success of these publications. I led the vision for business development, advertising sales, content and publishing deadlines, as well as customer relationship management. This required a great deal of attention to detail, organization, networking, and communication - skills which continue to serve me well in my current career. My focus was on identifying limiting beliefs, negative mindsets, and bad habits and equipping them with sustainable processes to overcome these barriers. I helped them create a customized plan to tackle whatever was holding them back from achieving all they desire both personally and professionally.
