      With 5 colleagues in the Hong Kong Client Management team, I was in charge of growing SGCIB’s Global Markets net income (NBI) on its whole product offering (Fixed Income, Commodities, Equities and Structured Products) with the Asia-Pacific Financial Institutions Client segment (Hedge-Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, Sovereigns) by ensuring a high level of coverage services. This included:• Onboarding new Clients by driving the Master Agreements (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, GUA...) negotiation process and ensuring adequate Credit Risk envelope for Global Markets Activity• Introducing Sales to Onboarded Financial Institutions, ensuring optimal interactions with SGCIB’s Financing department and calling prospects to communicate on our latest product developments• Collecting Financial Institutions' feedbacks and business needs to make internal recommendations to improve service• Creating a new reporting tool on Client activity and profitability• Setting-up and maintaining a new Client take-on process with all the departments involved so as to ensure a seamless customer experience• Participating in the creation of a comprehensive CRM tool• Contributing to Quarterly Key Clients reviews and the definition of strategic changes in the coverage activities Voir moins
