  My scope is the world wide business area (RAC) serving refractory, construction & abrasive markets, with more than 50 sites (US, Asia, Africa, Europe) and a turnover around 1.2 billions euros, 5000 employees.The short version could be ‘Make it happen’.For this the role is splitted in several activities :--> Build and develop the Business Relationship Management : - This role is new within Imerys, brought by a major transformation program, to orchestrate and maintain the link between business and new IT shared services. - Change management at all level of the organization to explain the role - Define, launch and then lead governance bodies. --> Manage demands, complaints and accountable for service delivery quality. - Building a trusted relationship with c-levels for strategic orientation and with key senior managers for efficient service delivery. - As a Business Partner I need to understand the business processes, needs and challenges to be able to propose efficient solutions and to manage priorities within the project portfolio. - I’ve been involved in many different project and demands about ERPs, reporting, industrial application (historian, MES, CMMS, DRP, Scada), safety tools, budget & forecast, S&OP, travel & expense management, Knowledge management... --> Continuous improvement of ITSM maturity and best practices for the group. - Create and/or improve processes : Incident, service request, problem management, change management, demand management, knowledge management, catalog of services, project portfolio management, capacity management. Show less After the creation of a Refractory division (merge of entities around the refractory market) , I was in charge of organizing the new information system to support the new management team. With a wider scope, with matrix organization, I’ve built transversal roles to avoid silos and reach a critical size for an IS.Refractory Division scope is about 17 sites, 1800 employees, around Main activities : - Applications rationalization → merge and decommission or deploy a tool on the full scope.
