The customer is losing sales every minute the site is unavailable. A war room call was launched in Teams, and Kastle Bukala quickly jumped in with a large group of customer and partner stakeholders and engineers. Kastle provided detailed information from the DXP to help the war room team troubleshoot the issue. The problem lasted for two days with some periods of stability. Other engineers with specialized skills joined and left the war room call but it was Kastle that pulled everything together and kept detailed notes which proved crucial to getting the engineers quickly up to speed on what had been done.
