      I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and has over 30 years experience as an HR professional supporting organisational strategy delivery through people focused interventions. I achieved a MSc in People and Organisation Change in 2019.I have a preference for a dialogical organisational development style. I facilitate conversations which lead to understanding and testing assumptions so that solutions are co-created and owned by people in the organisation. My practice has its origins in learning and development with a systemic approach to working with change. I engage with all levels of staff across organisations and grounds solutions in the business context. Enabling on going learning is a behaviour I actively encourage for myself and others.I am passionate about enabling others to develop through the creation of new insight and awareness so that they can achieve both organisational and personal goals. I enjoy the challenge of leading and implementing change and thrive in environments where I am able to be authentic. Interim/consultancy roles have been within Queen Mary University of London and the University of Arts London.Outside of work I enjoy the theatre, reading, swimming ,walking and spending time with her ever expanding family!
