Project work in the last year: Static analysis of a crankshaft made of Aluminium alloy reinforced with 10 percent Silicon Carbide.In this research, material structural steel crankshaft is replaced with developed Aluminium Silicon Carbide material for the actual specification of vehicles. First phase concept and review of existing material, Second phase Modeling,static analysis and Third phase is a comparison of elastic strain, total deformation, maximum von misses stress value, as well as fatigue life and fatigue safety factor in a structural steel crankshaft were concluded with the crankshaft made of Aluminium Silicon Carbide.
