Optimized continuous production of fatty acid, which led to an increase in conversion of hydrolysis reaction by 0.6%Designed control philosophy for nitrogen generation in pressure swing adsorption unit leading to reduction of air to nitrogen ratio from 6.1 to 2.9.Conducted lab trials for removing gums from palm fatty acid distillate and established it at 250MT/day plant level, which contributed to yield improvement of fractionation plant.Enhanced site activation of Activated carbon in Glycerin distillation plant, which reduced the Specific consumption of activated carbon.
