  I served as the acting Art Director for an in-house marketing team at Necco's corporate headquarters. I managed design and production needs for 20 offices across Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia and Georgia. I maximized efficiency by consolidating outdated workflows and used the spare time to meet with stakeholders to explore ways to grow the organization. As a result, I successfully lead a $75,000 project to redesign our website. We improved user flows, reduced bounce rates, and increased acquisitions using a modified Agile approach. Show less

  It was an honor to be considered for this role by Kelly Phelps, an accomplished sculptor and the former chair of Xavier University's Art Department. During the 2019 Spring Semester, I was responsible for leading a class of 14 college students through the “Intro to Graphic Design” course. My duties included mentoring students, holding lectures, administering exams, conducting tutorials, leading critiques, skill building, and evaluating projects.
