  Akhuwat Fellowship Program is an annual program that aims to train and equip future young leaders to help them realize the untapped potential in them so that they bring about a social change in future.For the Akhuwat Fellowship for the year 2021, out of 2300 applicants, only 66 qualified, making the acceptance rate merely 2.9% and I was a part of that 2.9%.Over the course of the three weeks, I was introduced to various subjects and had very fruitful discussions with many experts. I was part of a multi-talented group of people for the final project and together, we gave life to Tashakor, an initiative that aims to provide financial stability and financial empowerment to the transgender community in F11 Islamabad.   My job involved transcribing audio clips of the FGDs (Focus Group Discussions) from different cities across Sindh as a part of the baseline research study for the upcoming program of LAS called Women's Right to Legal Property (WRLP).I transcribed 18 transcriptions, a total of 20+ hours. Half of the transcriptions were in Sindhi language so my job also involved a word-to-word transliteration of those clips to Roman Urdu.
