  Provided global direction and guidance for implementation of DuPont’s Continuous Improvement Production System (DPS) in Manufacturing (yielding $1B yearly). With team of 10, championed global development, deployment, integration, and maintenance of strategies, standards, KPIs, and assessment processes to advance DPS as part of DuPont’s Global Manufacturing Center of Excellence.• Advanced DPS as key subject matter expert and corporate owner for all aspects of TRACC® (an integrative improvement system consisting of the best practice implementations of: Leading and Managing Change, Teamwork, 5S, Visual Management, Focused Improvement, Asset Care, Autonomous Maintenance, Setup Time Reduction, Quality, and Safety).• Promoted world-class manufacturing advancement by leading and training multiple sites in initial kicking off teams to implement manufacturing best practices.• Developed global CI best practices and consulted business and site leaders in practices needed to sustain gains from DPS roll out.
