  Pawan Arora has been instrumental and played a pivotal role in reviving RHB from a defunct organization to a highly profitable one. Resorting to online mode, in the last 3 years, it had sold more than 14500 dwelling units, besides almost 2500 commercial units, in the times when it was a challenge as to how the surplus unsold inventory to as much as 20000 could be disposed and capitalized. Many properties were idling across the schemes over Rajasthan, which were then identified and sold on Premium online. New commercial centers were developed in Jaipur. RHB then launched schemes for special sections of the Society, such as Teachers, Police Constables, all-India service officers, state service officers, MNIT Professors, etc. Other schemes like CMJAY and Studio Apartment too were also kickstarted. 3000 houses have also been constructed in his tenure and were delivered well within the time and cost. Projects of public interest such as City Park & Fountain Square, Chaupaties (Food Joints), Open-air gyms all across the State, and Coaching Hub, to name a few, were also launched. RHB has now undertaken the project of construction of New Super luxury spacious flats for MLAs of Rajasthan and the Constitution Club of Rajasthan. The projects are being executed at an accelerated pace and are expected to be delivered under the same regime of the present Government.On shouldering the responsibility of Housing Commissioner of Rajasthan Housing Board in June 2019, he immediately addressed the grievances of the RHB employees and was able to restore confidence. He wrote a motivational letter to the employees of RHB to elevate their morale and address their long-disputed personnel issues.Known for his vision, strategic thinking, and grit, Pawan Arora has received several accolades and appreciation at the State, National, and International levels for his work in the government, including 4 World Records and contribution to the Nation Building.
