    • Subway

      Jun 2019 - Mar 2023

Working as a part of the management team in a multi brand service station, my day to day responsibility was the Subway outlet. Main activities include stock management, recruitment, staff training, audit preparation and performance analysis. During my time in this position the store was consistently one of the highest performing in the franchise, consistently setting exceptional KPIs and frequently exceeding quarterly targets. Promoted to a shift leader position in a busy store during the COVID period. The store saw unexpectedly high footfall whilst dealing with a number of supply and logistical issues presented by the pandemic. I balanced this role during the academic year while studying at university where my lectures had been moved to a remote format due to COVID restrictions. Initially taken as temporary seasonal contract before starting University. I was offered a flexible permanent contract to continue working with the company long term, whilst completing my degree. With the COVID pandemic and associated lockdown a number of staff were furloughed while I continued as a part of the reduced service and staff team.

I was able to consolidate the teams pre-existing social media’s and retrieve access to allow the team to have a formal and uniformed social media strategy. After a number of team members were unable to attend the FS2022 event at Silverstone I stepped in to present the Business Presentation on behalf of the team. Show less
