  Global Community Development Exchange Participant

  The name of the project was "Hope of the Future".During the six-week project, I had to teach basic English skill to primary school students aged 8-12 in rural part of Wuhan, China. Being in a strange place with basic knowledge of Mandarin language, I had to adapt and mix with the Chinese culture in Wuhan. It was a challenging and memorable life experience.

Upon making interview appointments with selected individual, I had to do the first round of interviews. Suitable candidates are then passed to the directors for another round of interviews. I was tasked to make outbound calls to numerous corporations and agencies in Singapore seeking to convince the Human Resource Directors to grant my company the opportunity to host Financial Literacy Seminars for their staffs. I also had to create and maintain a central database which my company can rely upon for future reference.
