      Workstrong trainers work with a team of nutritionists and massage therapists to give their clients everything they need to have a successful program. We work with faculty injured on the job, and need assistance in reprograming their body's bad movement habits. Workstrong trainers develop a program for fixing bad movement patterns that may have caused the injury, prevent future injuries, and give the knowledge to empower the clients continual progress towards a healthy lifestyle.
