We worked with businesses in any industry and any size. I had a staff of 5 Business Development Reps and one Educational Assistant. I was also the Program Manager for St. Louis Community College staffing contract that are located within the Missouri Job Center's in the city of St. Louis. Provided Paraquad with recruitment, case management, strategic planning, and follow up for their two training programs for people with different abilities. Was able to bring in more referrals from funding sources by strengthening partnerships and collaborating. Bloom Café was an onsite culinary training program and café and was Project Manager for LaunchCode training program, organizing recruitment and referrals to LaunchCode Coding program for people with different abilities, especially those on the Autism spectrum. Was able to reduce redundant paperwork and cleaned up processes to allow Employment Specialists more time to work with individuals instead of managing paperwork through strategic planning with our business team.
