  During this one year fixed contract I managed a budget in excess of £500k for the UK branch of the world’s largest Jewish youth organisation, ensuring its effective distribution. I also managed logistics and budgeting for all events over the year which included 15 residential camps. I planned and promoted for as well as marketing training courses, education and leisure activities, excursions and conferences. For the camps I recruited and managed diverse teams of counsellors and technical staff as well as first aid, welfare, catering and support staff, all working over a wide geographical area, both on and off site. I devised marketing strategies and monitored success as well as planning and introducing continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally I project managed events in conjunction with other youth organisations, handling budgets and schedules as well as helping to manage events including multi-office large scale projects, multi-tasking to keep on top of the several simultaneous events of the day.
