Projects included the annual benefit enrollment for all hourly and salaried employees and the re-design of insurance confirmation statements. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of these specific projects ensuring consistency with our customer's strategy, commitments and goals. National Accounts claim center - training new claims representatives. Broadly, my role was responsible for developing (50%) and conducting (50%) employee training programs for the organization. Using effective learning methodologies, I worked with new and promoted employees to prepare them for their client-facing roles.

  As part of the Brand & Marketing team at UMCU, primary role is the design and delivery of all the Financial Wellness programs for CU members and throughout the community. My learners include, but are not limited to, the students, faculty, and staff of the University of Michigan, Eastern Michigan University, and Washtenaw Community College, as well as the greater Ann Arbor, Flint, and Dearborn communities.Through campus and community partnerships, UMCU is a recognized leader within the financial services sector, and we continue to expand the scope and impact of our financial wellness programs.Partners include UM Athletics, MHealthy, Michigan Medicine, and Wolverine Pathways.Presentation topics include: money management, homeownership, credit reports and scoring, ID theft & predatory lending, student loans, bankruptcy, and planning for retirement.Promoted from Specialist to Manager in May 2020.
