Created and managed the SharePortal for Afghanistan IMOs, resolving the issue of needing a centralized troubleshooting system. Provided direct technical support and troubleshooting to 30,000 users within the Afghanistan theater, on printers, scanners, Laptops, Workstations, Servers (HP and Dell), SCSI, Modems, Network Cards, etc. Headed the integration of the Afghanistan network from Windows Vista to Windows 7. Was a key manager of Active Directory, responsible for the creation of OUs and users accounts in the Afghanistan/RC East Domain. Supervised the installation and management of numerous switches and individual workstations valued at over $150,000, resulting in zero loss of equipment. Personally trained over 800 Information Management Officers, improving the network integrity by five percent.
