The CDD application systems consist of a customer risk rating engine, onboarding and standard review workflow tool, central document repository, lifecycle management tool, and management reporting tool.> Group Standard Interface File (GSIF) A consistent data extraction/ transmission mechanism that ensures a golden copy of key customer data sourced from multiple businesses and local customer systems to exist in a single instance data utility environment. - Proactively monitor daily progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective action.- Work with the business change manager or equivalent on the transition to the new business as usual position- Monitor expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the project progresses to ensure business changes/ cost benefits are in line with business objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; completing audits; identifying trends; implementing change.- Ensure effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the project - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the project, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other projects and technical standards.- Manage communications and report the progress of the project at regular intervals to all stakeholders at local, regional, and global level.
