  Created a platform for dynamic synthesis of mediators to enable interoperability for the Internet of Things. Defined and implemented an automated solution for interoperability at runtime and applying it to real systems in the FP7 ICT CONNECT EU project. Designed and implementation of a middleware solution that supports the development of mobile collaborative services. The major outcome of this work was the creation of a startup, Ambiciti (http://ambiciti.io).

  - Lead research on resilient cyber-physical systems and software engineering methods for machine learning applications. I am PI or Co-I for nearly £2M external research funding- Lead the OU Cisco Academy with over 7% yearly growth. Also increased female participation from 9.3% to 17.0% within two years.- I am responsible of a Network Security module and increased completion from 78.2% to 93.3%.
